We begin with a deep understanding of the project’s business case and risks. Engineering & Design

From Pre-FEED to IFC packages, our engineering team delivers technically sound, code-compliant, and constructible solutions. We integrate structural, civil, MEP, and process disciplines using advanced tools like Tekla, RAM, Enercalc, AVEVA, and Revit. Our engineers collaborate closely with field teams to ensure design decisions align with construction logistics and real-world constraints.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

We manage procurement with a focus on cost efficiency, specification compliance, and timely delivery. Our global sourcing capabilities are supported by platforms like SAP and Oracle. We prequalify vendors, develop bid packages, manage logistics, and coordinate customs, warehousing, and inspections to avoid supply chain disruptions.

Construction & Field Management

At Katech, construction is a core in-house capability. We self-perform structural works and manage field operations with precision and care. Our teams handle everything from site mobilization to final inspection, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. We utilize modern equipment, plan daily activities through look-ahead schedules, and implement rigorous QA/QC at each stage. Coordination with subcontractors, clients, and authorities ensures transparent and smooth project execution.

Commissioning & Handover

Katech executes commissioning activities that include functional testing, mechanical completion, safety validation, and system startup. We ensure seamless client handover with complete documentation, staff training, and post-handover support. Every asset is delivered ready for full operation from day one.

Construction Execution & Management
